For general notary work- I can notarize any documents including auto, adoption, parent approval consent, power of attorney and any other. As a loan signing agent I am certified with the loan signing system and through the NNA- I am skilled at reverse mortgages, refinances, seller, buyer and all other real estate closings. As a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent- I can help with any trust documents and estate planning. I also can perform field inspections.
